How to Set Up IPTV Smarters Pro — Step by Step
Download IPTV Smarters Pro
On Android/Firestick: search "IPTV Smarters Pro" in the Google Play Store or Amazon App Store. On iPhone/iPad: search in the App Store. On Smart TV: find it in the Samsung/LG app store or sideload the APK.

Enter Your SmartersPro Credentials
After ordering via WhatsApp, you receive a Username, Password, and Server URL. Enter all three fields exactly as sent. Do not add spaces. The server URL usually starts with http:// — do not change it.
Tap "Add User" and Load Channels
Tap "Add User." The app will connect to the server and load your channel list. This takes between 10 and 60 seconds depending on your internet speed. Do not close the app during loading.
Browse & Start Watching
Your channels are now grouped by category: Live TV, Movies, Series. Tap the EPG icon to access the electronic program guide. Use the search function to find specific channels or movies instantly.
Common Errors & How to Fix Them
❌ "Authorization Failed" or "Wrong Username/Password"
This is the most common error. It means the credentials were entered incorrectly.
- Check for typos: copy-paste the Username and Password directly from WhatsApp.
- Make sure there are no extra spaces before or after the text.
- Verify the Server URL includes the full path (e.g., http://server.com:8080).
- If still failing, contact us via WhatsApp — we will regenerate your credentials.
⚠️ Buffering or Freezing During Playback
- Test your internet speed — IPTV needs at least 25 Mbps for 4K.
- Switch from WiFi to a wired Ethernet connection if possible.
- In Smarters Pro settings, change the player from "ExoPlayer" to "VLC".
- Try switching channels: if only certain channels buffer, those may be regional issues.
- Use a VPN on a nearby server to bypass ISP throttling.
🔵 Channels Not Loading / Empty Playlist
- Your subscription may have expired. Check with support via WhatsApp.
- Force-close the app and reopen it.
- Go to Settings → Remove User → Re-add your credentials.
- Check that your device has a stable internet connection.
